Request Develop a communication program, in which the Municipality of Utrecht gives citizens and businesses the incentive to separate its waste.

Solution A change in behavior starts with awareness. For a broad range of target groups, various cross-media secondary campaigns have been developed, which underline the value of waste as a raw material.

This way, more and more residents, businesses and institutions realize that their waste is increasingly used as a raw material for new products and so they are stimulated to separate their waste more effectively. Because you naturally do not carelessly throw away something valuable.
